How to book each type of program 

Use the new online booking portal to book the following programs:

• Programs At Spark including Self-Explore
• Programs for Grades K-3
• Programs for Grades 4-6
• Programs for Grades 7-12

Book individual programs by clicking the “Book Now” links on these program pages, organized by grade range.

Pricing

Onsite Program Cost

• Program up to 60 minutes: $285
• Program up to 90 minutes: $295
• Self-explore rate: $13 per student (adults included at 1:4 ratio) 

Prices and programs are subject to change without notice. School rates are significantly discounted. Memberships, promotions, discounts, or coupons cannot be redeemed for school bookings.

The cost of each program at Spark includes admission to the science centre for:

• Up to 30 students 
• One educator 
• Up to eight chaperones - please ensure you meet the chaperone ratio required by your school board.
• All special education aides 

Additional students and chaperones may be possible for some programs but will incur a fee:

• Additional student (maximum three additional students): $11 each  
• Additional chaperones (over the eight included): $11 each   
• If the program cannot accommodate more than 30 students, a second program will need to be booked.

Tips for the new online booking portal 

At this time, you can only book one program at a time. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

• Please book same programs in a row rather than in concurrent timeslots (for example, if you need 3 of the same program in a day, book them in the same room at 9:45, 11:15 and 12:45, rather than all three at 9:45). 
• Allow your group at least 30 minutes between arrival time and your first program. If you plan to arrive at 9:45, please book 11:15 as your first program. This is especially important in the winter months with slow conditions. 
• Bookings close 2 weeks before the program. 
• Payment is due by the day of your program. 
• You will be asked to agree to Spark’s Social Contract when you book. Please review it here.
