The Bubble Lab is a frosty, bubbly birthday bash where kids can taste clouds, see cool explosions, and play with touchable bubbles while learning the science of sublimation and temperature. The grand finale? A giant dry ice fog and color-changing lemonade made with dry ice. It’s hands-on science with a seriously cool twist!

FAQ

- Is parking at Spark included?
  Only Spark Members receive complimentary parking at Spark. Other guests or party hosts who are not Spark Members are required to pay for parking at Spark the day of the party at the parking terminals or via the Park Plus app.
- If I don't book a Spark Birthday Party package, can we still have a Birthday Party at Spark?
  Birthday party packages are not required to celebrate your birthday with us. You are welcome to purchase General Admission for your party at the front desk when you arrive. Public eating areas are first-come, first-served, and outside food is not permitted, with the exception of cakes and/or cupcakes.
- Can I bring my own food, including cake?
  Spark's in-house catering is available through the birthday menu and can be added to your booking. Guests can bring their own cake and/or cupcakes, but are expected to bring their own supplies for serving. Outside food is permitted but for an added fee of $8.00 per person.
- What do the party rooms look like and can they be decorated?
  Each party room already features vibrant science themes, like the blue wave room, the orange space room and the pink math themed room. Guests are welcome to bring additional decorations, but please note that balloons, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not allowed, and nothing can be attached to the walls. Decorating and cleanup must be done within your booked room time.
- When is the final payment due?
  Final payment is required on the Monday prior to the scheduled birthday party.
- When do I need to confirm the final number of attendees?
  Upon booking, Spark Staff will ask for an estimate of attendees. Final numbers must be confirmed on the Monday prior to the scheduled birthday party.
- What should I expect the day of the Birthday Party?
  Prior to party date, please share all contact details with guests so they know where to meet at Spark on the day of your party. On your party day, please arrive 20-minutes early to pick up your group's tickets and a Spark Science Guide will show you to your room.
- Can I request a specific science demonstration?
  Custom science demonstrations are not available at this time.
- Can a room be reserved for more than 2 hours?
  Yes, you can! Birthday room rentals are $50/per half-hour. Additional room booking time is subjected to availability.
- How many people can I invite?
  Birthday Party packages are designed for 20 people (children and adults combined). Additional guests require an added fee of $20.00 per person (for non-Members) and $3.50 for Spark Members.
  
  For parties that have 28+ attendees, a larger space is required which costs $200.00 on top of the base Birthday Package.
- How many adults can attend?
  We recommend one adult for every 5 kids in elementary school years, and 1 for every 10 if older. Children need to be supervised when visiting the science centre.
- How do I book a Birthday Party at Spark?

- What's the cancellation policy?
  Please note that refunds are available up to two weeks prior to your selected birthday party date. All refunds within that time frame will be subject to an administrative fee of $50. Within the two week timeline no refunds will be provided.
