Science is for everyone! TELUS Spark is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests.
Admission
To ensure the ticket price is not a barrier to access for underserved populations, Spark operates an access program that supports students, families and individuals requiring financial assistance to enter Calgary’s science centre.

Supporting children living with sensory processing disabilities. Variety – the Children’s Charity has created Sensory Backpacks filled with resources for self regulation, tactile input, attention focusing tools, and body awareness support items. Sign one out free of charge at Front of House for a better guest experience at Spark! Visitors may be asked for a small deposit or photo ID to rent a Sensory Backpack.

For guests who are hard of hearing, headsets are available for all Infinity Dome shows! These boost hearings aids and amplify the overall sound of the show. And for a limited number of Infinity Dome shows, headsets are available for guests with visual impairments. Talk to a Spark staff member at the Infinity Dome for more information or to sign one out, free of charge!

TELUS Spark is wheelchair accessible. The classrooms, theatres, galleries and the Atrium are welcoming for people of all abilities. Wheelchairs are available for use and can be requested at the front admissions desk. Visitors may be asked for a small deposit or photo ID to rent a wheelchair.
Access 2 Pass and Care Aides
Care Aides assisting guests with disabilities, or the Access 2 Pass holders, receive free admission and must call 403.817.6800 to reserve a complimentary ticket.
Service Dogs
TELUS Spark welcomes certified public access service dogs accompanying guests with disabilities.
Elevators
There are two elevators available for public use. One is located by the front entrance and the other is in the atrium between Energy and Innovation and Earth and Sky.
