At Spark After Dark: Foodology, you’ll explore the science behind taste, smell, and flavor through interactive food challenges, live cooking demos, and hands-on experiments. From liquid nitrogen ice cream to a DNA-based diet deep dive, this one-night-only event is a must for food lovers and science fans alike.

Chris Funk, The Wonderist, brings his one-of-a-kind show to Spark for the final weekend of PHENOMENA! Known for his innovative blend of magic and live music, Chris redefines wonder with a multimedia experience that will leave you questioning reality. Members get first access starting Feb. 13 at noon, tickets to the public opens Feb. 20 at 4PM!
