Build a science centre experience

This semester-long program includes a combination of classroom visits and in-person visits to TELUS Spark Science Centre, with a final showcase where students can share what they created with friends and family!

Guided by Spark Science Educators and mentors from the science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) fields, students build their own science centre experience prototypes, inspired by the interactive experiences seen at TELUS Spark. Plus, they learn about the design-thinking process, receive mentoring and feedback from the Spark team, and explore a STEAM subject of their choosing.

Students also have a chance to practice their science communication skills at the Celebration of Learning final showcase, hosted at the science centre!
