Please note that bookings require at least five business days' notice. If you would like to bring a birthday cake, you will be required to provide plates, cutlery, and napkins for serving. A knife will be provided. Spark does not supply candles or matches.

What is your preferred arrival time? (Your birthday coordinator will greet you at the front entrance)
What is your preferred room rental time? If you are selecting the 2:00 PM time-slot, please arrive early as Spark can close as early as 4:00 PM.
Number of Children/Youth guests attending (Each child between the ages of 3-12 is $20.00 + GST)
Number of Adult guests attending (A minimum of two Adults are required per party. For every 3 children, 1 adult admission is free).
Do you require catering? If yes, please type your catering request in the box below. Please see the link to the menu at the top of the page - the price of catering is based on your selected menu.
Are you bringing outside decorations? Guidelines will be provided at the time of booking, and additional fees may apply. Decorations must not adhere to the walls or fixtures.
