Spark is partnering with NeuroTrition to bring a 2-in-1 cooking workshop for parents and kids: Building Happy, Healthy Brains! This event will nourish you and your child's brains and bellies!
At this workshop, you (the parents) can expect to get schooled in the latest nutritional neuroscience on how to support your child’s brain and mental health through food. While you are in the workshop, your child will be busy in the kitchen (with lots of supervision!) learning to make recipes based on this science. Then - the best part - you and your child will come back together to eat what they have made!
